MS outlook errors related inbox mail storage

 

1. the error is caused by the oversize of outlook files. So, you need to create a new folders ( .pst file)

 

* the reason of this problem is the size of outlook.pst file is almost 1.9GB, which is maximum file size for a .pst file. So you need to create a new .pst file.

 

The location of this file is

C:\Documents and Settings\OEM User\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

 

 

 

2. Go to File/Data file management, then a window will be pop up as follows:

 

3. then you can create a new personal folder by clicking Data Files/Add..

 

4. click Set as Default to make a default folder for sending and receiving your email.

 

5. then you can get new emails from your server. It's working properly.
